"The capstone project is one of the most valuable experiences that the business school had to offer. Not only did it allow us to apply the technical skills we have acquired in an academic setting to a real environment and practice project management and consulting skill, but more importantly it has come to epitomize the pinnacle of the MBA+ leadership development program. We are given the opportunity to practice a wide array of leadership competencies and as a team to help each other to grow personally."
