    Ann Marie Lei received a BBA in Finance from the University of Notre Dame and an M.A. in Intercultural Relations from Antioch University. She is an independent consultant, trainer, and instructor, specializing in intercultural communication, cultural adjustment and team effectiveness. Prior to starting her consulting business, Ann Marie worked for Nike, Inc., for over 17 years, gaining extensive experience in international marketing communications and leadership development. She has worked and traveled throughout Europe and Asia and lived for three years in the Netherlands, starting up and leading the retail resources division for Nike's European region. Ann Marie has taught in the M.I.M. program since 2001 and currently teaches the Cross Cultural Communication course.
