Current Term
Marcia Norgard has experience in leading and managing HR teams at Thomson, Philips and Marriott International. She is currently employed full-time as a Human Resources Business Partner at WebTrends in Portland, OR. She serves as a business partner to the Global Sales Organization as well as the Global Client Services function. Her HR background includes significant work in Employee Relations, Training and Development, Change Management and Organizational Development. Marcia earned her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Weber State University and went on to obtain her Masters degree in Social Sciences with an emphasis in Human Resource Management from Utah State University. She has received her Professional of Human Resources from the Society of Human Resource Management.
In her spare time, Marcia is an avid runner and spends her time either marathon training or Hood To Coast training – depending on the time of year.
