Dr. Michael Smith is Assistant Professor of Management and International Business at Western Carolina University and a Visiting Professor at Portland State University during Summer Session 2003. Dr. Smith teaches and conducts research in supply chain management. He is teaching BA 339, Operations and Quality Management.
