With over 25 years experience in high technology finance and operations, Paul was a charter member of the management team, which started the color printer business at Tektronix. This business was later sold to Xerox for $1 billion.

Paul was VP Finance for The Grass Valley group in California and has worked in most areas of accounting and finance in a large corporation and subsidiaries.

Paul has lived and worked for 10 years in Sydney, Japan, Mexico City and Munich. CFO Magazine nominated him and his team for the Reach Award for consolidating 13 subsidiaries and a logistics operation into one central organization.

Currently, Paul does executive coaching and career counseling with DBM.

Paul has an MBA from Oregon State.
