Sara Grigsby is a graduate of the Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration (HBS). She received an MS in Counseling, MS in Art Education and her BFA from the University of Tennessee. Sara is an organizational development consultant who has worked in a variety of corporate, public sector and health & wellness settings (http://www.healthysystems.net/htmls/about/clients.html). In 1991, she co-founded Health Care Coalition, a consulting firm specializing in hospital operational improvement. In 1995, Sara started HEALTHY SYSTEMS located in Portland, Oregon. HEALTH Y SYSTEMS provides consulting and customized training for organizational effectiveness -- in meeting management and facilitation, project management, process improvement, strategic planning and systems theory. For individuals at work, HEALTHY SYSTEMS provides integrated wellness programs that include practice classes, infrastructure development and culture change support.

Sara teaches several courses at Portland State, School of Business Administration: Organizational Design and Change, Meeting Management, Business Communication and Creating and Sustaining Healthy Organizations.
