Tim McNichol has an MA in Whole Systems Design (Organization System Renewal) from Antioch University, and a BS is Forest Management from Humboldt State University.  He has taught leadership and team development for the Food Industry Management Program for the past 5 years, and has been an instructor with PSU’s Professional and Executive Development Programs since 1996. He has over 10 years experience desiging and facilitating personal, team and organization improvement projects in a wide range of public and private sector organizations. Specific areas of interest and expertise include: dialogue, systems thinking, large-scale change and collaborative learning.
