Dr. Pfeiffer, Associate Professor of
Management, has a B.A., M.Ed. and Ph.D. from the University of Idaho.
He has over 30 years of teaching, coaching, administrative and management
experience in the public and private sectors. He has held executive
positions in public education, higher education and publicly traded
corporations, including school districts, colleges and universities
in the Northwest. As an organizational development consultant, he
has done contract work with over 250 school systems, colleges and
universities, small businesses and large corporations with a focus
on personal, team and organizational performance improvement.
Specific areas of interest and expertise include: employee development,
leadership development, and a full range of human resource management
issues. Special areas of focus most recently have been organizational
planning and executive coaching. Dr. Pfeiffer was also an officer
in the U.S. Navy.
