In 2011, the Social Innovation Incubator was selected as one of America's 51 bold and brilliant ideas to enrich our cities and our lives by Fast Company Magazine.

Entrepreneurs Leading Change

Entrepreneurs and intrapreneurs (i.e. those working in established companies) seeking to change the world are brought together in the Social Innovation Incubator (SII) to help their ideas take hold and take off. We deliver 3 Cs to strengthen and accelerate social ventures: Capacity, Connections, Community.

The SII is one of the programs offered by PSU's School of Business Administration through its Impact Entrepreneurs initiative.

Our Purpose

The SII helps start-up and entrepreneurial companies that are focused on creating innovations that benefit the environment and humanity by addressing significant and persistent social problems such as poverty, inequality, access to food and water, among many others. A virtual incubator, the SII partners with its members, accelerating and strengthening their impact through customized advising, mentoring and access to our networks of experts, funders and social entrepreneurs.
