I think job growth will continue to come from small to mid-sized companies, and that's a trend that's been strong for the last 10-15 years. Corporations have been down-sizing for a long time and that's a really important trend because a lot of well-trained and well-schooled individuals will then move into a smaller organization and bring structure and bring process that is needed.
